Small package of smoked cheese, which are served in legend bars in Ginza. Roughly crumbled Hokkaido cheese are smoked for approx. 3 hrs with oak wood. The low temp. smoke will slowly add flavor to the surface and the cheese is not stirred during the smoking process to create strong and weak aroma portion. When the cheese melts in your mouth, the pure center, the smoky part, and the weak smokey part will slowly mix together to create an exquisite taste.
